Try these awesome fall themed craft ideas!

Arts and crafts are a great way to keep kids engaged while also teaching them about the cozy magic of fall, colorful leaves, crisp air, and all the excitement of the season.

1. Leaf Handprints-

Try this adorable and easy fall craft! Have your child dip their hand in paint and make a handprint—it’s a great sensory activity. Once it dries, draw branches with a marker. As you guide them, talk about how trees and leaves change in the fall for a fun learning moment!

2. Fall Tissue Paper Tree-

This adorable fall tree craft is a great way to get kids talking about the beauty of autumn. Cut a piece of cardboard into a long rectangle for the trunk and add lines with brown paint or marker for texture. Glue scrunched pieces of fall-colored tissue paper to the back of a paper plate to make the leaves. Once dry, staple the trunk to the plate—and your fall tree is ready!

3. Leaf People-

This activity starts with a fun nature walk to explore the beauty of fall. Collect leaves, small twigs, and acorns. Back inside, create adorable leaf people—glue acorns on a leaf for eyes and a mouth, then attach twigs for arms and a body. Simple, creative, and full of fall fun!

4. Paper Bag Acorn-

Make this cute fall acorn character using a paper bag! Add a face with colored paper shapes, then stuff the bag with confetti or paper. Tie the middle to shape the acorn, roll down the top to form a cap, paint it, add marker lines, and glue a twig on top. Fun and easy!
