HAR SINAI CAKE
Need a fun idea for this Shavuot? This ice cream cake is the perfect dessert to make for the holiday, that will ensure to get everyone excited!

INGREDIENTS:
Half gallon of store bought Ice Cream
Green Sprinkles
Tea Biscuits
Chocolate Spread
Rainbow Sprinkles
Wafer Rolls
Toothpicks
Large Marshmallows
Dum Dum lollipops
Tea light candles
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take your half gallon container of ice cream, cut away the container with a scissor to keep the ice cream shape intact. Slice off bottom to make cake even.
2. Now fill a 9×13 tin or any pan, with your green sprinkles. (If green is not available, you can use brown for a mountain look!)
3. Then take your ice cream and carefully coat every inch of it, in the tin with the sprinkles. Return the ice cream to freezer.
4. To make Torah scroll, start laying down one tea biscuit and top with chocolate spread. Sprinkle on sprinkles to the chocolate for fun design.
5. Then take two wafer rolls and attach it to the tea biscuit, sticking it onto the chocolate spread so it sticks. Stick Torah scroll in freezer until serving.
6. When serving stick two toothpicks into the top of the cake, and insert the wafer rolls in, to hold the Torah upright.
7. To make the flowers, grab your scissors and spray with cooking spray and start cutting into “petals”.

8. Once cut, light a tea light candle and burn the edge of the marshmallow just a bit so they get melty.
9. On a parchment paper, put the petals around the Dum Dum lollipop not a flower shape, and it will stick immediately!
10. Make three of these flowers total, to bring a beautiful design to your cake.
11. Press the flowers standing onto the cake, and now you have a beautiful Har Sinai cake.
